Andrea Beth Rogers is the 5Õ11" brown-eyed daughter of Kenda and Jim Rogers of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Andrea is currently working towards her Masters degree in Marketing Communications at West Virginia University. She is a Special Education Teacher at Berkeley County Schools. Andrea says her strongest talent is the ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including children with special needs. Andrea is an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and has lived in Italy for an entire summer while studying during college. Her favorite hobbies include studying, teaching dance, snow skiing, traveling and cooking. She describes herself as multifaceted, passionate and optimistic.

Biography

Jamie Lynn Dragon is the 5'8", blue-eyed daughter of Brent and June Dragon of Milton, Vermont. Jamie is the owner and stylist of Lush Boutique in Stowe. She believes her strongest talent is her work as a hair stylist. She takes her work beyond just a physical transformation; her salon focuses on empowering women and enabling them to feel confident in their own skin. She is actively involved in the community by donating her stylist skills to young girls looking for proper make-up techniques and Women Helping Battered Women. She also volunteers for animal rescue. She looks forward to not only helping grow the Miss Vermont USA Pageant, but also putting Vermont on the map at Miss USA. Her favorite hobbies include running, hiking, yoga, reading and leading a healthy lifestyle. She describes herself as motivated, tenacious and fun.

21-year old Sevcan Yasar, Model of Turkey, was crowned Miss Model of the World during the 23rd anniversary of the event held November 26th at the Shenzhen Splendid China Folk Culture Village, in China.

The 1st runner-up was Ivette Bozhar from Hungary; 2nd runner-up Jasmine Mamadama from Guinea; 3rd runner-up Li Meng from China, and the 4th runner-up Michaela Dihlova from the Czech Republic.

64 contestants from all over the globe competed in the event. Congratulations!

The new Miss Luxembourg is Claudia Vitoria Müller, 19, and the new Mister Luxembourg 2012 is Scorssery-Philippe von Knobelsdorff, 30.

Runners-up for the Miss Luxembourg 2012 title were Deborah Airoldi, 20, and Salomé Heindrichs, 18.

It is unknown if the new Miss Luxembourg will compete in Miss World 2012.
